What is your Returns Policy?
We hope that you will be delighted with your LoveLilly purchase. We only work with suppliers that we are confident will produce the highest quality goods to give you many years of use.
However, if you change your mind, or the product is not quite what you were expecting or wanting – no problem – we understand, it’s happened to us too! Return your item within 14 days of receipt, unused and in the original packaging, and we will provide you with a full refund (less postage costs). We would recommend that you use a signed for service.
If you feel that your item is faulty, we are sorry. Great care has been taken to ensure that your product has been made to the highest quality, and it has been checked and carefully hand packaged at LoveLilly HQ. However if you feel that something has slipped our notice and that your item is faulty please return it to us as soon as possible, and in any event, within 14 days of receipt, so that we can replace or refund your item. Please enclose details of your name and contact information as well as your reason for return.
When you place an order with LoveLilly we will require certain information from you so that we can fulfil your order. We will need your name and address for delivery, and we will need your email address and telephone number in case we need to contact you about your order or delivery. We also need financial information to be able to process your order and take payment. This may include credit debit card details, expiry date and security code (depending on method of payment). We do not retain financial information on our records.
Any information we require is purely to ensure that you have the best possible shopping experience. All information is strictly confidential and will never be shared with any 3rd party.
We reserve the right to modify this policy if necessary. Any changes will appear here so please review this information from time to time.
When will my order be delivered?
We aim to send your delivery within 48 hours of receiving your order, and sooner if possible. Most products are sent by Royal Mail, and should be with you within 2 to 3 days of posting.
How much does postage cost?
Postage cost is dependent upon the weight of the products ordered. UK delivery is by First Class Royal Mail and should take 2 to 3 working days from posting.
There is an option to collect your order from Hemel Hempstead.
Do you have a Shop?
We don’t have a shop – our products are available exclusively online through our website, and occasionally at craft fairs and exhibitions.
Where are your products made?
All our products are designed and manufactured in the UK. We use ethical suppliers who use sustainable products and chemicals that don’t pollute the environment wherever possible.
Who designs your products?
All our designs are created personally by artist Lilly Wells. Our designs are unique and only available from LoveLilly. They are designed with passion and attention to detail and we hope you will love them as much as we do.
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure our products are displayed accurately onscreen, colours may vary from monitor to monitor and the artwork may vary slightly from the colours you see on screen.
All images and text on the website belong to LoveLilly & must not be used without our permission. Purchase of any product does not entitle the buyer to reproduce the artwork in any way.
